My Therapeutic Approaches

  • Person-Centred

At the heart of person-centred counselling is the relationship we build together. Grounded in compassion, respect, and genuine curiosity, it creates space for you to explore your experiences at your own pace and reconnect with your own wisdom and capacity for growth.

  • Mindfulness-Informed

Mindfulness encourages us to slow down and become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences as they unfold. Through cultivating a gentle and non-judgmental awareness, we can begin to meet ourselves with greater understanding, self-compassion, and choice.

  • Somatic-Informed

Sometimes our bodies hold what words cannot yet express. A somatic-informed approach invites gentle awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses, helping us develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and what we may need during times of stress and overwhelm.
